An Eagle of Special Effects Porportions

In the dreamtime--there was an eagle
Perching on a ledge.
"Oh! My! Look at that!" I said.
And he turned his head.

The scene zoomed like through a camera lens
He grew impossibly huge.
If it were real, he'd been thirty feet high or more.

He looked at me intensely
And had something to convey
His story -- my story --
Something powerful to say.

Its in the eye of the beholder
What is powerful and what is not
In days to come or months or years
Only time will tell what that giant eagle has brought.
